To help our student afford our workshops and competency examinations, we have now made no-interest payment plans available to everyone.

To apply for a payment plan, please indicate on your registration form that you would like to receive a payment plan at the time you register. These payment plans will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and we will work with each applicant to make sure we can offer the best payment plan possible.

Each payment plan will require at least part of the tuition upon registration and the remainder of the balance to be paid out in installments based upon the agreed length of the payment plan.

Please note that payment plans will require you to sign a legally binding agreement with the National Center for Interpretation and all payment plans must be turned in at least two-days prior to the start of a seminar to allow proper review.

Failure to comply with the terms agreed upon for more than three (3) calendar days after the payment due date will result in a $25.00 USD late fee for every month payment is delayed. All payment plans must be paid using Visa, Master Card, or American Express. If paying by check, checks bust be received by the payment due date.

There will be a $75.00 administration fee applied to all payment plans for the Agnese Haury Institute and 2-Week Medical Interpreter Training Institute. There is no fee for payment plans for 2-day workshops.
